Find BEST secretaries for cabinets, not just best democrats.

What a great way this would be to live out the sentence "we are not a liberal America, or a conservative America, but the United States of America."

The message of change sure would be heard if party weren't an issue when choosing secretaries. There are many capable and like-minded people in both major parties who would make great cabinet secretaries.
