John Edwards would be the man to take the Justice Department from the partisan organization it is now, to a department that works in Americans best interest and protects the people. His ethics cannot be criticized.

Except for that whole "affair" thing, that kind of screwed his ethics card.
But if the American public is willing to forgive him for that, then yes he would be an excellent choice.
Naming the cabinet

Overall I think it will be helpful for Obama to start naming his cabinet members after he names his VP. He could maybe realease one name a week to keep providing the media something new and positive to talk about. This person would then probably end up on a lot of talk shows and be able to spread the message. As a bonus, it would be hard for McCain to do this. He has too many groups he is trying to reach out to that have too many different things they want. So anyone he picks is likely to make some needed constituency unhappy.
