Barack Obama needs to have an amazing administration when he becomes president. To do this, he must make the Governer of New Mexico, Bill Richardson, his Secretary of State. Richardson has had a ton of experience with foreign policy, and probably had the best resume on paper of the people who ran for the Democratic Presidential Nominee spot. Richardson would be the perfect pick for his Secretary of state, and it would also assure New Mexico for the 2012 election. BILL RICHARDSON FOR SECRETARY OF STATE!!!!!
