Sustainability is more than just Green Stuff. It's about a solid economy, and safe and secure communities. Environmental, Social, and Economic priorities - along with responsible consumption and responsible development. Many cities have now created a new position, like a Director of Sustainability, to ensure that these critical priorities are kept in balance in the operation of government affairs. Obama should consider the creation of a new cabinet position, one that functions to bring together these key priorities, ensuring a consistent focus in America on sustainable principles and practices.

I'm still hearing from some people that they are not sure what Obama wants to do or what 'change' means. To address this, I think Obama needs to boil down his policy initiatives into a few priorities.

What is he going to do in his first 100 days?
What is his administration going to do for families that are struggling?
What will he about healthcare, the housing crisis, and energy?
