Oh Boy Obama!

We should build an interstate water system. Water, not oil, is the next resource we will desprately need in our nation. We should build giant resevoirs, above, and underground, collect rainwater and connect them with pipelines that run along the interstate highway system. Using solar and wind energy to pump water where needed. Sound crazy? So did the Alaska pipeline. Think of how many jobs this would create! We get enough water from the sky on any given day. Not where and when we want it, so lets collect it, save it, and pump it to where it's needed. We could prevent flooding and droughts at the same time.
