Do a huge advertising campaign to build a tidal wave of support for the stimulus package. This will generate the policical capital and undercut the opposition. A patriotic "Rebuild America" savings bond drive, like the War Bond campaigns of World War 2.

I have an idea, since no one in this country could afford to buy the rebuild America bonds you speak of, lets borough money from the Chinese. Who cares how we will pay it back, that will be our kids problem. Besides, what are the chinese going to do if we don't pay them back, turn us over to collections? Ha Ha. Plus, the Chinese aren't very good with money, it's not like we're getting the money from Israel. But, what ever happens, we can't tell the Chinese that we probably won't pay them back. So keep this on the down low. Then, when we get the money, instead of building infrastructure that we probably don't really need, they should just give all the taxpayers the money. All these "shovel ready" projects sound like they will just waste precious resources and hurt the environment. Besides shoveling is hard. And you don't want to fuck up the environment, do you? Cause thats exactly what shovels do, they fuck up the environment..........vote for my cock!!!
