Oh Boy Obama!

If Obama can help people with high gas, heat/power & food bills to get practical, cash-in-pocket help, the last major working/middle-class barriers will fall. There are ALREADY hundreds of cash incentives - from governments, utilities, community groups, etc. - that provide car tune-ups that save gas, cash to junk old oil-burning clunkers, home insulation, efficient lightbulbs, help with car-pooling, public transit info, etc. - that will cut bills now. The problem is that many millions of people - e.g. seniors, low-income homes - do not know of this help, and only a handful of staff exist, so no one is available to get help directly to these families on their doorstep. The Bill-Cutter Corps would hire & train young people to help get this help to people ASAP. Hope made Real.
