Don't Focus On Palin's Daughter's Pregnancy

Just focusing on Palin's 17 year old daughter's recent pregnancy is just going to be interpreted as avoiding the political issues and focusing on personal issues.

Portray the Palin pick as a reflection of McCain's judgement

Going after Palin has some serious backfire possibilities. Just present her as simply being unsuited for the job of President (should it come to pass) and stick McCain with the tag of using bad judgment to choose her.

Hillary should come out and openly denounce Palin

The only way to get much of the Hillary vote away from Palin is for Hillary to come out and make a statement against Palin and her policies. She needs to remind her primary voters that McCain chose the Alaskan governor to make them vote for him against their political beliefs just because he chose a woman.

Palin More Qualified than Obama to be President?

For months, the GOP has hammered Obama for his inexperience, saying he isn't ready to be the leader of the free world. Yet, in the same breath, John McCain has chosen a woman in Sarah Palin who has no foreign policy experience, and before her brief stint as Governor of a small state (by population), was Mayor of a small town. As she is but a heartbeat away from the Presidency, and John McCain has less than a record of perfect health, the following question should be asked of Sarah Palin in the VP debate:

History and Experience

Throughout the whole Obama campaign he's been criticized on not being experienced enough. At first I was worried about that too until I read an article in Time that looked into the experience of previous presidents and discovered that some of the greatest presidents in U.S. history had less experience than Obama did when they came into office.

Get testimonials from Obama's days as organizer

Obama campaign should locate South Chicago residence who were helped by Obama in fighting the steel plant closure by learning how to take power in their own hands. Palin's belittling the efforts of organizers to help empower the little guys to fight back is more noble than a mayor who travels to Washington and bigshotlobbyists to raise $24 million in pork barrels for her town.

McCain's admitted lack of economic understanding compounded by Palin

With the economy as a #1 item for many voters (especially swing voters) McCain, who admitted to knowing very little about the economy, chose a VP who didn't bring any economic experience to the table.

McCain Manager: 'This Election is Not About Issues'

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/thefix/2008/09/mccain_manager_this_elec...

Rick Davis, McCain's campaign manager, told the Washington Post that this election is not about issues, but about personalities. I think Obama would win on both accounts, but it's absurd that he would say such a thing. That's not putting country first! The Obama campaign needs to bring this to light.
