The lobbyists that surround McCain are a testament to the way the man will run his office. But people just don't "get" lobbyists and don't really understand what they do. We should have a commercial that does a quick 15 second exposé on a few and show what their résumé looks like.

Who's running the Republican Party?
An ad shows the McCain of old (2004) deriding the Republican smear campaigns, then shows clips of the Palin, Guiliani, and Thompson attacks. Then asks the question: If John McCain can't run his own party, how can we expect him to run the United States of America?
