Obama used to say that its not about experience, its about judgment, and couple it with something like, "Lets not forget that no one in Washington had more experience than Dick Cheney or Donald Rumsfeld." No amount of experience in the world will make up for good judgment. He should start saying that again, and more often. Its a line that works.
