We should get the word out to voters heading off to the polls to show their support by wearing blue. A blue t-shirt, maybe blue jeans, or a blue ball-cap.

Put up a FIGHT after the election!

John Kerry conceded the election much more quickly than Al Gore did. If it comes down to be a close race, as it likely will, don't give up right away! The Republicans know how to steal close races, and many poor and minority Obama voters will likely be disenfranchised. Don't let this happen! ALL THE VOTES MUST COUNT!! We know that if all votes are counted, Obama will win.

Make Election Day a National Holiday

Many Americans cannot vote on election day because it is on a tuesday, making it difficult for them to miss work. ALthough employers are required to give their employees 2 hours of time off to vote, this is usually not enough, and most poor people are disenfranchised as a result.
