In states like Ohio and Pennsylvania, we need to identify and encourage Democrats living outside the traditional heavily Democratic urban districts, and get them to the polls. Where it's close, we have to go after every vote. Where door to door isn't practical, we should at least make sure that these Democrats get phone calls.

There should be an absentee voter drive. Some states will allow absente voters to vote now. We can include absentee information in the GOTV training. This'll be like early voting for seniors,students soldiers,and the disabled.

We need to go to a 2-call GOTV system vs the current 1-Call system. When I called CA, NC and IN I kept activating Clinton voters within a few days of the election. We should call at least 2 weeks BEFORE THE ELECTION and ID our voters and undecideds. Then 3-4 days before the election, call our voters back and get them to the polls. We have plenty of volunteers.
