Create uniform voting guidelines across the country.

To adjust the Electoral College to better reflect the national voter total, take the vote total from the election results and divide it among the candidates for the total number of electoral votes in that state minus two (Representatives in the House) and give the two extra electoral votes (Senators) to the winner of the state.

Educating the swing states

The Obama campaign needs to publish/manage calling lists for voters in swing states with an 'educate the public' script along the lines of move-on.org's Bush-McCain can you tell them apart. Apparently not many people know the new McCain - or the fact that even the old John McCain was rated 100% AGAINST a woman's right to choose.

Hillary Clinton's main argument for "electability" is that the old electoral maps of 1992-2004 will not change. She argues (speciously) that she has won the states a Democrat "must win" as if the map was static and never changing.

Breakdown Ohio for an easy victory

If you take the 88 counties in Ohio. Divide each county into 4 quadrants, assign 20 volunteers to focus on nothing but their quadrant - including recruiting more volunteers and GOTV efforts. You would only need 7,040 Obama supporters. In the great big state of Ohio there ALOT more supporters than that for sure.
