Obama pledge to review banking dereg legislation McCain voted for

Obama should make campaign pledge to review and revisit the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)written in 1999, cosponsored by McCain campaign supporter Phil Gramm and voted on by Mcain which deregulated the banking and insurance companies. Bolder would be Obama/Biden legislation submitted to congress to overhaul GLBA - this would lead to a ton of press looking into the roots of the Banking crisis.

why isn't more made out of mccain's connection with gramm?

at the republican national convention, lieberman mentioned he travelled with mccain and gramm. i know gramm stepped down as an advisor but it is to my understanding that this man still keeps counsel with mccain.
