slaughterhouses: allow testing!

I have found an issue that is resonating across party lines and needs to be addressed as soon as possible:

The Bush FDA, and subsequently a Bush court HAS PROHIBITED a Meat Packing company from testing all it's cows for Mad Cow Disease.

The real law is that they should be REQUIRED to test each animal, just like in other countries.

Obama could announce his top choice for Supreme Court so Americans would know before he's elected what sort of choices he will make, what sort of judges he will appoint. This will raise the issue of judges and remind Americans how close they are to losing their rights.
