Al Gore or Gore Protege as Department of Energy Head

Who better to lead our Energy revolution than Al. If not available, then there must be a protege who could take the lead. Also, spin off the National Nuclear Security Administration to report directly to the President who can be directly involved in his long term goal of Nuclear Weapons elimination.
