The Alaskan State Personnel Board investigation into other ethical complaints lead by Tim Petumenos is scheduled to interview both Sarah and Todd Palin next week. One involves the circumvention of state hiring practices for a Palin supporter. Another is the improper breaching of Trooper Wooten's personnel file by state officials.

Obama's response to the troopergate report findings should simply be "Haven't we had enough abuse of power in the white house? We can't afford more of the last 8 years"

Why not a campaign clip showing McCain on one of his many trips to Las Vegas - where he repeatedly displayed his reckless gambling mentality. In the 1980's, the time McCain and his lapdog Palin blatantly repeat lies about Obama's association with Ayres, McCain was using his wife's, Cindy, money to bail him out with the casinos in Las Vegas.

The new low the campaigns have hit is beneath both candidates. Obama needs to show the country he is really for a new kind of politics by suggesting a ceasefire on character-attack ads from both campaigns. The country doesn't need petty name calling. It needs an open discussion on ways to fix the economy, end the wars and ensure continued prosperity.
