Reform Prison Systems, Bring Back Americorps, Pay Teachers More

Obama should reform the prison system by structuring them where extremely violent criminals are kept away from non violent criminals i.e. drug addicts, petty theft, etc. Bring back Americorps, offer tuition assistance for volunteering within sectors of american society that need it.
