I am tired of getting call centers outside the US. I am an American I like to speak to Americans when I need help. The out sourcing has got to stop. I want a person from the US on the other side of the line. I heard Obama stated that he wants to reward the companies that do not out source by giving them incentives. Great lets solve the issue by throwing money at it.
