Read more »I believe that one of the main reasons Kerry lost the 2004 election was that he failed to emphasize how many supreme court justices were planning to retire within the next Presidential term. The same situation is happening again where two or three supreme court justices may be retiring during the next term. These are lifetime appointments on our nation's highest court.
