Why are we letting McCain frame Iraq with "the surge"?!?
This is not about whether the surge worked or not, but McCain will keep it on that point for as long as he can. And he can AS LONG AS OBAMA LETS HIM. It seems like it has been a long time since Obama talked about the lies that got us into this war in the first place.

I keep watching our boy dance around this issue, saying that there are many things that have come together in Iraq, including the 'surge,'that have resulted in reduced violence. True, but this answer needs to fit in a 5 second sound bite before the debates (you know it will come up).
