CLEARLY Define HOW We Deal With Terrorists Via the Law
Propose legislation that clearly defines how we can LEGALLY deal with terrorists who use terrorism as their means to conduct a global insurgency. The fact is that our current legal system does not address the complicated situation of non-nationstate entities committing acts of terrorism for the purposes of undermining the rule of law and spreading their ideological viewpoints.
