You got played on the Sarah Palin issue. Expectations were lowered and she came out strong at the convention and looking dangerous. Lean on the qualification issue but don't make it about her as a person. In the same way the Republicans have been leaning on Senator Obama by questioning his qualifications but playing up his charisma you need to do the same to her.

I'd like to urge Joe Biden not to go easy on Sarah Palin during VP debates simply because he doens't want to be perceived as a bully. If she can't handle Biden then how can she handle going up against hostile foreign heads of state.

I saw a clip run by news media this weekend when John McCain described why he would never want to be VP...he said the VP only has two jobs: 1. Checking the health of the President every day, and 2. Attending the funerals of third-world dignitaries. No wonder he chose someone as unprepared as S. Palin--he doesn't think the job matters.
