The idea is already making the rounds, but I think continuing to raise the issue will cast doubt in the minds of those who are star-struck with Palin. The Debate must go on. If McCain feels he needs to be in Washington, so be it. That's what Vice Presidents are there to do, stand in in times of crisis. Why is the campaign being suspended if McCain has confidence in his choice for Vice President.

I know this isn't the nicest message, but I keep imagining the song "Beauty and the Beast" which sings... "Barely even friends, then somebody bends... unexpectedly." I think it's so perfect to describe McCain and Palin. I don't think it should come from the Obama campaign, but it's conceptually a funny ad / video theoretically. :)
