There IS a big difference between managing a staff of paid professionals and a staff of volunteers successfully. Any government/corp executive can be a manager because their people are PAID to follow them, ANYONE CAN GIVE ORDERS. That is why you have so many crappy executives in the world. And that is why Clinton and Bush were able to have such different management styles.

She "speaks out" against earmark spending, yet hired a lobbyist to request almost $800 million in earmarked dollars, making Alaska the largest state with earmarked dollars per capita BY FAR.
One of the goals of her administration was "to promote the use of lobbying."
