Four Planks of the Obama Plan - four cities four weeks

Here is an idea I think worth considering. Announce that Barack Obama will be giving four successive major policy speeches in four weeks in four different states (e.g. Ohio, Virginia, Florida, Nevada) on four specific topics - Education/Jobs, Energy, Health Care and Foreign Policy in which he will spell out his plans to the American people and compare and contrast these ideas with McCain's plans.
