I think McCain has gained a bit of traction in the polls with this line of attack, and the use of "Joe the Plumber." Obama needs to address the fact that McCain opposed the Bush tax cuts in 2000, and that middle class families will save THREE times as much under Obama's tax plan, when compared to McCain.

Obama needs to highlight that McCain's tax plan is an extension of Bush: Tax cuts for the richest people and companies in America. Attack McCain's argument that tax cuts for the wealthy will create jobs. Mention that fact that under Bush, there is a higher UNEMPLOYMENT rate and many jobs got shipped overseas.

McCain and Palin keep try to use Biden's comment regarding paying taxes as being patriotic against Obama/Biden but here's why I agree with Biden: "I only wish she had been asked: 'Governor Palin, if paying taxes is not considered patriotic in your neighborhood, who is going to pay for the body armor that will protect your son in Iraq?
