People who are Obama supporters in safe McCain states should try to get as many people as possible to register. If enough people register and the polls show it, that may cause McCain to waste resources. It also might drive up turnout in the west coast if Alabama or South Carolina ends up a close race.

College "I Voted" Parties
It's critical for success in November that the youth vote, which overwhelmingly supports Barack Obama, actually shows up at the polls. We could encourage college students to vote by organizing "I Voted" parties on campuses, where to get in students must wear an "I Voted" sticker or show a valid ballot stub.

Many Americans cannot vote on election day because it is on a tuesday, making it difficult for them to miss work. ALthough employers are required to give their employees 2 hours of time off to vote, this is usually not enough, and most poor people are disenfranchised as a result.
