One thing I've heard voters say over and over again it that they've heard all the rhetoric and mud-slinging, but they haven't heard anyone flat out ask for their vote.
Obama should put out an ad doing exactly that in the last few days before the election. Something to the effect of:

Read more »What I am hearing from a lot of centrists who are on the fence is that they loved the Obama they heard a few months ago, when his emphasis was more on people taking personal responsibility for their actions and lives and combining this with the need for government to take more action as well.
