A simple and effective way to equate Obama with change more thoroughly and Change with true patriotism. Republicans have held the patriotism mantle by themselves for far too long. Good examples from past precedent:

Right now everyone expects the mudslinging and the reactions to the conventions. So let it be in September. But Obama needs to be clear on his plans and visions for America in all ads in October. There should be not one word spoken about McCain / Palin. There should be no rebuttals to their accusations. There should only be a clear vision put forth.

Same points out that he's just another Bush, Reagan, Nixon, old style politician... and old says more about his style and way of thinking than his age.

Announce a "trip to the moon" vision for energy that by 2020 the USA will be essentially energy-independent thru supporting a combination of tax incentives, government investments, new oil explorations, alternative energy pushes, etc. to the tune of $3 trillion.
